Kevin Kinghorn has been a practicing attorney in Tucson and southern Arizona since 1993. He is certified as a Specialist in Estate and Trust Law by the State Bar of Arizona’s Board of Legal Specialization. His practice includes all facets of estate planning including trusts, probate, trust administration, Medicaid and VA planning, and business planning and formation. For Kevin estate planning is much more than creating comprehensive legal documents—it is about helping his clients achieve peace of mind, knowing they have done all they can to organize their affairs and protect their family and loved ones.
After earning an associate’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University—Hawaii and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, Kevin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona College of Law. Kevin earned the third highest score on the Arizona Bar exam and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona. He is also admitted to practice law in Colorado and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Tax Court. Kevin is an adjunct faculty member at Pima Community College where he teaches business law and is an instructor in the College’s paralegal program. Kevin has been married for more than two decades and has a teenage son and daughter. In his spare time, Kevin likes to spend time with his family and enjoys hiking, camping and astronomy. An Eagle Scout himself, Kevin is involved with a local scout troop and sits on the board of the local council of the Boy Scouts of America.
